Johnny Harvin

A proud graduate of Clemson University, I’ve built my life and career in the heart of Powdersville, South Carolina. This community has shaped who I am, and it’s been an honor to serve the families and businesses that make this area such a special place to call home.

My commitment to service runs deep. I’ve had the privilege of serving as Chairman of the Powdersville Business Council and remain an active member of the Greater Easley Chamber of Commerce. I’m also a founding member of Connect Powdersville, a non‐profit created to strengthen collaboration and support growth throughout our community. These roles have allowed me to stay closely connected to the people and organizations that make our area thrive.

In 2012, I opened my State Farm agency and began building a team that shares my dedication to helping others. Together, we assist customers with auto, homeowners, renters, and life insurance, along with other core insurance services. We regularly support resident relocations to Greenville, Anderson, and Pickens counties, and we help customers establish insurance as they move to Easley, Greenville, Powdersville, Piedmont, Anderson, and the surrounding areas. We’re also able to service policies anywhere in the state of South Carolina.

What truly sets my office apart is the heart my team brings to every interaction. Integrity, empathy, and genuine care guide everything we do, whether we’re helping someone prepare for the unexpected or simply answering a question.

Outside the office, I stay actively involved in the community I love. From supporting my children’s schools to participating in church activities, Powdersville is where my family lives, learns, worships, and grows. It’s more than a place—it’s home.
